Kimi, Semalam kimi balik kampung tinggalkan mommy. Seminggu kimi tinggalkan mommy. Mommy sangat sedih, kimi pegi je mommy nangis. And nangis, and nangis and nangis lagi. Mommy tgk cat, mommy nangis, tgk woody, mommy nangis, tgk anak org, nangis. Mommy tidur malam2 mommy peluk bantal kimi and tam tam kimi and nangis. Mesti kimi ingat mommy gedik. Biarkan. ************ Itu mommy tulis semalam. Hari ni, dah pukul 4 petang dah ni, mommy belum menangis lagi. Ahahahaha mommy tengah joli honeymoon dengan ayah kimi. Jap gi mommy nak pegi shopping lepas tu gi jogging. Maybe malam karang mommy pegi tengok movie. Since semalam, mommy tak call lagi, sebab mommy tau kalau mommy call mommy will cry. Takpelah, biarla kimi have fun dekat Yong Peng. Mommy pun have fun dekat sini. Take care baby, mommy miss Kimi sangat!

Eh macam baru semalam tulis sappy post for his 1st Birthday. Can't believe i'm already writing for his 2nd! Kimi, Do you know that you're the most adorable 2-year-old that I have ever known? Of course, I don't know how much weight that sentence carries since I'm your mother and I'm supposed to say things like that. But really, you melt my heart even when I have reached wayyy beyond my boiling point! You're still the cutest and most adorable baby I have ever met or seen, not even Suri Cruise or Shiloh Jolie-Pitt could beat you! Kimi tau, ada this one time, about a month ago, you were being totally annoying and mommy tak tahan sebab kimi sangat naughty, that I actually slapped you for the first time? Sorry Baby, but I was tired and you were jumping and pulling my hair trying to grab my attention. 8 hari, 7 malam, 6 passport stamp, 5 penerbangan, 4 penginapan, 3 travellers, 2 negara, 1 pengembaraan. What a number ! Kami baru pulang dari pengembaraan kami ke Indochina. Pada mulanya kami rancang akan melawat 3 negara, tetapi pada saat-saat akhir terpaksa lupakan hasrat untuk ke Myanmar. Jadi untuk kali ini, kami hanya sempat ke Thailand dan Vietnam sahaja. Plan asal, kami terbang dari KL ke Bangkok, dan keesokkan harinya ke Yangoon. Selepas dua malam di Yangoon kami pulang semula dan menginap lagi dua malam di Bangkok. Selepas itu kami berlepas ke Ho Chi Minh (HCMC) dan kembali semula ke KL dua malam kemudiannya. Itu plan asal. Namun dua hari sebelum ke Bangkok, Air Asia membatalkan penerbangan kami ke Yangoon. Pada masa itu kami belum lagi mendapatkan Visa ke Myanmar. ( Kawan akan ceritakan percubaan kawan untuk mendapatkan Visa Myanmar di lain hari , satu lagi pengalaman yang menarik ). About raising a kid Kids respond better to positive words. eg. " Baby, promise mommy you'll behave tonight. " instead of " Kimi jangan naughty tau nanti mommy puk ". 85% of the time he will behave. For the other 15%, terpaksa la marah when you've passed your patience threshold. Sebenarnya they are testing you, they just wanna see how far they can go. They like to get involved with whatever it is ur doing, like pushing the luggage trolley. They like to feel important. It keeps' em well behaved too. eg. " Kimi, mommy nak pack barang. Kimi tolong pack toys kimi and put them in this bag boleh? " Kids will be happy if you said you trust them to behave. More often than not they WILL behave. But sometimes hitting them does the trick just as well. There is nothing much to worry about if your kid doesnt wanna eat at mealtime. They will eat when they're hungry. I love holidays. It's a perfect time for me to know my family.  In Hong Kong, I learned a lot of things about Kimi. I'll write about them in another post, for this one, I'd like to concentrate on one. I learnt that Kimi is just like his Ayah, when it comes to treating his mom. Even tho husband saya tu selalunya dia memang suka buat muka stone like orang takde perasaan, but one thing about him is he's very loving with his mother. Eh, am I allowed to write about this? Takpe kita belasah je. He kisses his mother every time kitorang balik kampung, he is easy to say sorry, he is very careful not to hurt his mom. He's the opposite of me.  Which is why I am very glad that he's teaching our son to be just like him. During our flight back home, Kimi spilled milo on me and my brand-new white sports shoes. City of Angels, End of Strife & Saigon Bangkok, Yangoon dan Ho Chi Minh City, ini destinasi jalan-jalan terbaru kami. Jika semuanya berjalan seperti yang dirancang, kawan sekeluarga akan cuti-cuti Indochina dalam masa terdekat ini. Dalam perancangannya kami akan terbang dari KL ke Bangkok, kemudian ke Yangoon dan destinasi akhir di HCMC sebelum kembali ke KL. Kawan sekarang ni sedang study pasal trip ni. Jadi kalau ada cadangan lokasi mana mesti kami lawat, hotel mana mesti kami singgah, restoran mana mesti kami cuba atau sebarang tips, silalah kongsikan di sini.
