We were at Redang!
So, we went to terengganu last week for Maliki's reception. Alang-alang dah pergi terengganu, we went to redang sekali la. We stayed at Berjaya for 4 days 3 nights Awesome, I tell you, awesome!!! The water is blue, turquoise kot, it's so clear that you can see the bottom, the sands white, the beach is clean, pokok-pokok kelapa goyang-goyang, angin sepoi2 bahasa, the ombak tak kuat... it's a slice of heaven.
I've always been a beach person, I dont mind spending the whole day lying at the beach, sleeping, swimming, berendaming, all sorts of things. Redang happened to be the perfect place to do this, sebab, there's nothing much to do here, no sight seeing, no shopping, so we had the wholeeeeeee four days to bum around. Except, kimi's eczema means he can't be sweating that much or that'll worsen his condition, so we spent some days watching movie after movie in the room.
Okay takde la boring sampai camtu sekali, we went snorkeling on the last day. Initially I was quite reluctant to do it, since, mana nak letak si kenit tu kan? Ach and I can take turns taking care of him, but we're paying 60 bucks each for one half hour of snorkeling but we'll only be doing it for 30 mins each. And plus, wouldn't it be dangerous, holding Kimi while getting in and out of the boat?? Seems like a no-no, but then, thinking about it, redang without snorkeling is pretty much like tak payah pegi redang at all. So we went ahead, all three of us, and Kimi even had his own life jacket!
Turned out, snorkeling IS fun! Dude, if i'd known earlier i would've paid for the 3 stops instead of just one. Kimi even had his own fair share of fun, because we took him to the beach and rendam him in the air with all the fishes swimming around him. Excited tak hingat kenit itu.
So all in all, we had fun. Redang is a nice place to go. So please, go! =D
