Update on Kimi

I gotta jot this down somewhere so I wont forget moments like these:

- Kimi can clap his hands! I'm pretty sure the bibik taught him this some time ago but today's our first time seeing it. I was so surprised. And proud of my lil boy.
- He can say any words that end with "tak". Sebab that's pretty much the only thing he can say. So ask him to say, masak, he'll say "tak", ask him to say katak, he'll say "tak", ask him to say nenek, he'll say "tak" too.
- He calls everyone Ata. Not just ayah. But I swear sometimes I heard him saying "Ayah" or something like "Aya". Mommy? Far from it.
- he finds high ceilings and their decorations i.e. the ones at malls, fascinating. Today we let him walk freely dekat concourse alamanda, dia jalan sambil looking up dengan mulut wide open. And gelak sorang-sorang. Hyper.
- He's one cheeky boy. Suka acah and buli orang. Let's say he's eating a biscuit and you ask him for some, he'd go to you and hulur the biscuit, but when the biscuit touches your hand dia tarik balik and dia lari sambil gelak2 tutup mulut. Cair!
- He likes the "bok bok emping" song that Nenek taught him.
- Has warmed up to the idea of salam orang. Tak la liat like he used to.
- Has eaten nasi biryani. Hihihi. All hail mommy!

Alright that's all I can remember now. Ive said this time and time again and will say it again, my son is all grown up!

Update lagi (12 Jan 09):

- He can take instructions and understand simple conversations now, both English and Malay. Like, where are your shoes? Put on your shoes, please. Take off your shoes please. Throw the bottle for mommy please. Can you please get that for mommy? Raise your hand for mommy, please. Close the door, please. He understands!!!
- He can tell us what he wants. If he wants to drink he'll go to the water dispenser, if he wants to go upstairs he'll take my hand and take me to the stairs (sangat suka!)

It's amazing, isnt it?
