Hong Kong Day 3: Disneyland Fireworks
Disclaimer: What happened was totally accidental. Wasn't planned at all!
Background setting:
Ach bought us a 2-day entrance ticket to the Disneyland.
The story:
Ajan : Yang, kalau kita masuk malam ni, kira ticket kita tinggal satu hari je la kan yang? Tak ke?
Ach : Taklah. Mana ada.
*three seconds later*
Ach: Eh... hmm... Jap. *Ran to the gate girl and dissapeared*
*20 minutes later*
Ach : *all smiles* Bie! Kita dapat masuk free malam ni!
Ajan : Hahahaha. Good job husband!
What happened in those 20 minutes he dissappeared:
Quoting that manager, "You can enjoy the fireworks show tonight for free!"
The fireworks show was spectacular. I really enjoyed it, I have always been a firework junkie. It gave me this familiar feeling... the last time I watched the show was on New Year's Eve, 2005 (approaching 2006), that time I was with my boyfriend. Five years later, there I was again, watching the same fireworks show above Sleeping Beauty's Castle, with the same guy who's now my husband,while holding my adorable but sleepy son close to me.
I shed tears of joy that night.
My life is complete.
Oh btw, feel free to try this trick if you visit HK Disneyland. But please, do so at your own risk. =D Ahahahahahahaha.

Later that night, we went to Disneyland to watch the nightly fireworks show. I thot we were gonna watch it from the outside. Sampai je dekat entrance gate, confidently, ach hulur ticket kitorang. Maka kami pun dapat la masuk. But then, somehow i felt uneasy... I said to ach:
Ajan : Yang, kalau kita masuk malam ni, kira ticket kita tinggal satu hari je la kan yang? Tak ke?
Ach : Taklah. Mana ada.

Ach: Eh... hmm... Jap. *Ran to the gate girl and dissapeared*
*20 minutes later*

What happened in those 20 minutes he dissappeared:
He found out that our 2-day ticket dah tinggal jadi one-day ticket. Memang sangat logic la pun kan? Kiranya we've used our first day ticket and instead of dapat masuk hari 4 and 5, kami masuk hari 3 dan 4. Maknanya, kami dah rugi satu hari. Eh tak payah explain pun memang dah macam sangat logic kan?
Btw, ach argued with the manager and said that he didn't know that and kept on arguing that it's not fair for us since we get to only enjoy 20 mins of our first day ticket. Blablabla back and forth, the Guest Manager gave us two new 2-day ticket AND free entrance that night.
Quoting that manager, "You can enjoy the fireworks show tonight for free!"
