A,B,C,...K for Kimi!
Finally!!!!
My little project for Kimi is complete. After almost a year!! Ooo yeeeeeeeeeeeeehhhhhh!!

Remember our little felt DIY project last year?
After that one was completed, I felt like I was good at it, so I thought of another project. It was an ambitious one. I wanted to make a felt ABC book for Kimi. (OMG! Gasp! Ketuk dahi!)
Ach, being a darling as always, brought me to Ampang Park to get all the materials we needed. I remember kimi cenonet aje that time. Tidur aje all the time. Senang betul bawak dia jalan time tu.
The following weeks (and months) I worked on the project. It was pretty simple actually, but the whole process was leceh:
- i printed out the alphabets on paper
- i cut out the alphabets and traced em on the felts
- i cut the felt alphabets out
- i sew the felt alphabets on rectangle felts
- then i sew the felt pieces together as pages of the book
- then i made the covers
- finally i slid ribbons to bind the book.
- then i am done.
Yep the whole process took me a year. The longest i spent was on the first five steps. Bertungkus lumus aku buat ok, siap bawak dekat office and jahit time lunch. Itupun setahun jugak aku buat. Halfway tu feel like giving up pun ada. I couldnt help but feel very proud of myself when its finally done!!!

haha serik lah weyyy aku nak buat lagi sekali!!! Unless ada tool yang lagi senang nak potong complicated patterns / alphabets for felt, memang lah aku tanak buat lagi.

Tepi2 tu jahit dia nama blanket stitch. Whip Stitch lagi senang sebab tak payah nak budget space between stitches. Tapi blanket stitch tu lagi lawa la. Kat internet ada banyak tutorial. Hihihi.

budget aku tak sure la dude. rasanya, masa aku beli mula-mula tu i spent around RM20. Then adalah sikit2 beli ribbon, benang.
Aku baru perasan ramai gila rupa2nya orang buat felt craft dekat malaysia ni! Tiba2 rasa mcam nak buat another project, tapi takde idea nak buat apa.
